Excellent products, and well worth the price. Shop is a little.. confusing in layout, but not too difficult. There could be more detail on the options regarding the flagship 2B power box and the various options available at purchase (Just the box, the connect pack, the accessories etc) - perhaps a straightforward grid comparing the available purchase options and what they mean.

Couldn't be happier with the speed of delivery and the level of communication I always get.
The overall quality of the products is fantastic with my only 1 issue. It seems to me that power cable seems to wear out rather to quickly for my liking. Notable the joint from the cable itself as it goes onto the jack plug. Perhaps it's just me but i find these beak far to easily. But that's a minor issue considering what great fun is had with this stuff.

The webstore is very segmented (on mobile - which is the only way I’ve seen it).
It would be nice to be able to browse all products, or all products in a parent category. I don’t know what type of plug I want, and having to go into each individual category (which I don’t know what the categories name mean) and then back out to go into another category is a bit tedious.
We are sorry you found it difficult to navigate our website on your mobile, however it is possible to browse all the products in a master category such as Insertables in the way you wanted to.

Best in toys and pleasure ;-). may be better to choose another carrier instead of royal mail for international shipping.

Cables are always a tricky one as they get used all the time and so can break, but if it fails within the 3 month period from purchase then we will replace them under warranty.
