The product I ordered arrived quickly and, as described, came complete with everything required for someone starting out in the world of E-Stim. I cannot fault the product in anyway but sadly, it does not suit me. Having spent hours and exhausted four batteries trying to find the sweet spot using Pads, Loops or a mixture of both in a variety of areas, this product fails to stimulate or excite me in anyway. I feel certain others will have totally different views but, for me its a, No Thanks.

Disappointed with the product as 1) I'm unable to achieve a hands free orgasm and 2) i can't use the loops and the anal trode at the same time.
Unfortunately having bought a single channel unit that is the case. We have been in contact and offered a solution to this issue.

While I understand this isn't a large multi-national corporateion, it is surprising in 2023 to see a website so (as far as the customer interface goes) basic.
While it's simple enough to navigate, find what you need etc etc, it would be nice if it was a little easier to use, especially on mobile devices - it works, but it's quite clunky if you mis-click to get back to where you wanted to be easily.
Sorry that you did not enjoy your website experience and we will look at how we can improve this for the future.

I ordered two items which were both shown in stock online. I got an email saying TacGel was out of stock and could not be sent. The web store showed low stock not no stock. It still shows low stock for TacGel today! Can I order it now or will the order be cancelled again? Website stock level display does not seem to be accurate.
We are sorry for any inconvenience, however the text of the product clearly showed that the product is not available. The Stock system showed Red as well which suggests that you contact us before ordering, but once again sorry for any upset caused.
