Good quality equipment good service my only suggestion for improvement is that the PDF files for Manuel's need to be easier to find as the kit I bought had no manual and it took a long time to find it on your site.

Products seem better, compared to competitors. The website is informative and product range is good. Some downsides also: the surface of the insertable is not as smooth as I expected, maybe I had to order the polished version. There was no information how to connect three-phase cable, but I sent an email to customer service and got a good explanation next day. Shipping to EU took about 3 weeks by UPS; during that time the UPS sent me several delivery estimates, but all passed by.

This is correct as post Brexit we do not charge VAT anymore and this is required to be paid by the importer/customer to your local government.

To be honest tried other's in the past and although these are better definitely not 4 times the price better.
Overall good but items are overpriced in my opinion.
I am sorry if you feel our prices are high, but in actual fact they are entirely comparable with like for like products and we also include the Lifetime GUarantee which is not offered by any of our competitors.

All of our units do include either a manual or a quick start guide with details of where to find the online manual, and there is a link on both the bottom of all web pages to the manuals and also on the product itself, but we are sorry if you did not find them easy to find.
