Very mixed feelings, the product is good, the support isn’t.
I have used a Estim before, loaned to me, it went wrong, retuned under guarantee, that is as far as it went,, despite a covering letter & repeated enquiries Emails/Telephone calls by the owner of the machine as to what is happening has been ignored!
I felt bad about the machine failing while I had it, so purchased a replacement for the owner myself. What’s the point of having a lifetime guarantee when it isn’t honoured Very dis

I think would be a good idea to open a branch somewhere in EU, just because it would be much easier to send your products inside the union
We have a lot of resellers in the EU so there is little need for us to open a new company in Europe to compete with our customers, but thank you for the suggestion.

The Lifetime Guarantee applies to the original purchaser and does require the production of the proof of purchase if not purchased directly from us, and in this intense we are still awaiting it from the owner of the unit who we are in contact with, so I am sorry of you feel that we are not helping but since we are dealing direct with the owner it is possible you are not in possession of all the facts.
