I've ordered a few things from here in the past, and I've never had any issues. Service has always been excellent and delivery always prompt. I will not hesitate to order from here again.

For no fault of e-stim systems, my order arrived with a minute damage to one part. Getting in touch with Mick was really quick and easy by onsite chat, and he had a solution straight away. Thanks for the excellent customer service of sending out a replacement part right away and free of charge!

Only minor flaws in two products:
The Bobble arrived with a tiny dent, but it doesn't seem to impede its function. And the rubber loops' slide lock is a menace to skin because of the big holes. To solve this, I took a piece of nonconductive rubber, punched two holes in it and had a nice shield going forward. Otherwise great products!
Shipping was a mixed bag. Fast road to Austria, then both my parcels were at customs for half an eternity. The one you sent second, actually arrived first
We are sorry for the delay in the delivery, but unfortunately customs delays are completely outside of our control

Everything about these people and there products are great, unfortunately I had an issue with delivery. Had an email chat and everything was sorted emeddiatel
