No complaints at all. Everything worked just as I had hoped. I bought the 2B and it took a little while to work out that even though I have the latest product, I still needed the Commander program. But once through that I found found the Commander program easy to learn and use.

Really above and beyond customer service, that helped work with me through issues during shipping that were out of their control (UPS). Great device to boot.

option with microphone....don't work at the moment.
Only some small signal if i try to tick with my fingers on the surface of the device.
Option with audio cable work very good.
Excellent packaging, too expensive customs taxes paid to the italian post.
Can you suggest me something to help me for option with microphone?

The customer service is second to none.
The products are fantastic.
We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
Unfortunately VAT is chargeable at the local rate in your country and is not within our control._br /_ As for the microphone, I would suggest you try using the Microphone sensitivity settings within the menu to improve the response.
