Royal mail is taking their sweet time getting this to Belgium, tho i realize that's out of your control. Customer service/order follow up is the best I've ever seen! Keep it up!

Super fast shipping! I'm actually not used yo it, that stuff from the UK arrives this fast at my doorstep.

Overall, i'm satiesfied with your service.Shop layout could be more clearly, specially background, select something and the difference between the pages of Europe and the rest. I've bought the complete 2b-set with additional stuff, it would have been nice if there are also 4mm cables with low profile, because they are recommend for some articles (which i have also bought).
here some descirptions how to use (and how important something you recommended) are not clear enough and just in english...

Low Profile Cables a re not included in the Accessory Pack as they are a premium cable and not a requirement, the Accessory Pack contains standard cables that are suitable for all applications._br /_ We do not provide detailed information on how to use the products as there are so many variations on this we would have no space for products on our site, and there is plenty of information available online. Product descriptions are in our native language, and can be translated by most browsers these days, and we do have online translations available of our product manuals._br /_ We welcome your feedback and will look into how we might be able to improve.
