thx for the delivery which arrived the day before yesterday. the TENS Plug to 3.5mm Socket Adaptor should be reviewed by your quality control. Is has far too much slack (or play) with the 3,5 socket. Even with your house product cables there will only be a loose connection. This is not worthy to your product line which i much appreciate. best wishes kai

Expensive for a cable.
I am sorry you feel the Tri-Phase cable is expensive, but it is a custom cable and so not mass produced to the scale of others and so is higher in cost.

The 2B isn't cheap but it's a sophisticated product. Nothing I've found comes even close to it. Don't try to compare it with simple electro gadgets because it's in a different class.
The web remote control opens up a whole new world of play.
Sadly the web site is, like so many, easy when you know your way around but confusing to start with.

I think your products are superb and the assortment is good. However, website user experience is not the best it could be in terms of an online shopping experience. The information is comprehensive but the way it’s presented is visually overwhelming and the navigation can be frustrating.
We am sorry that you did not like our website layout, and we will look at how we might be able to improve it for you.
