Excellent service from these guys! Have had the series 1 box for a few years and it's always performed very well. I have wanted to upgrade for a while but the cost has always been the main issue. However I decided to bite the bullet and got the series 2B. All I can say is wow! The different settings and the additional power you get by using the mains plug is worth every penny. I recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade to the next level. Well done guys for making such a awesome product!

Too difficult to change modes
No indication of where you are in terms of settings if using it when the main box is concealed, need a remote with a display
Thank you for your feedback, however what you are looking for is not available without considerable extra cost and as the majority of users work on feel rather than numbers it is not something that we plan on introducing in the future.
