Updates/downloads - not straightforward and the forum holding software that isn't on the main website does not make for a simple process. Process flow chart would help.
Bluetooth connectivity / mobile app....... Check out Lovense apps and products, the idea of remote play and annoymous play all from your mobile would be hot espcially for 2B less cables and no need for laptop, I would be party with my toys a lot more if it was easier for remote play. Plus the added excitement of annymous play

New to e-stim play so this was kind of an experimental purchase.
I’m currently (like what I did there ????) trying different options and combinations- however, I have to say the product is exceptionally well made, well presented and easy to use.

Purchased a Helix Blue and small BiPolar Electrowand. 1st foray into EStim and v pleased. Was quickly contacted to advise I needed some additional connectors for what I'd bought to work correctly. Love the different Helix modes. Wand is sleek, beautifully made and simply cleaned after use. V please with purchase, cust sec excellent. Great products, v good quality and good (non-pushy) follow up. Thank-you.

All released firmware is publically available, it is only beta firmware that is restricted to the Forum, as this is still in testing._br /_ Bluetooth for more complex devices such as e-stim products is not as simple as controlling a simple motor and it is something we have been working on for a while and as yet have not been satisfied with the results so we are not prepared to release a device until we are completely happy with it.
