Normally excellent, a delay on delivery which turned out that you were waiting for stock., a simple email when ordered would have sufficed as I was beginning to think it had been lost in transit.

I'm really impressed with the personalized and friendly service you provide to first-time buyers, like me, as the choice between the various products can be a little overwhelming. The YouTube videos, the customer chat service and the written descriptions are all very good and supplement each other.
The one slight point of criticism I have is about the overall feel and layout of your website. It feels a bit outdated (esp. the colour scheme) and (because it's so thorough) can be hard to navigat
We welcome your comments about the website, but Black and Yellow are our company colours so that is unlikely to change and website layout is always a matter of personal preference but thank you for your feedback.

This is the second time I have bought this product (2B) - because it is so good!
My first one had been repaired once by the company under it's lifetime guarantee and I can't fault their service. It then broke due to my own clumsiness, but now I have a new one and am very happy with it.
I can't recommend E-STIM highly enough.
