Took advantage of Black Friday to buy your best box. Not sure I could justify it otherwise, as have your original box.
Everything on service front was top notch but not used box yet, still expect it will be also. :)

For my item (electro cables in a Jiffy bag) shipping seemed expensive. If I ordered a 4th cable the shipping price even jumped to £6.. Think free/cheaper shipping would encourage me to buy more often

No order form in the pdf
Shipping is based around weight, and I am not sure £3 is that expensive. The cost goes up the heavier the parcel hence why adding another cable gave a higher cost until you get to our Free shipping threshold where we able to absorb the costs. However in effect the customer got free delivery having used one of our discount coupons.
