It would be nice if you could send the order confirmation as an pdf document. Especially since the enclosed documents on the package is not good enough for declaring the gods in Norway.
Invoices are not a requirement for Customs in Norway but a recommendation, and so as to protect the privacy of customers who may not wish details of their purchase to be on the outside of the package we do not provide them. Order confirmations are automated as an email and are not designed as an invoice. We will happily provide PDF invoices for customers on request, but we will look to see if we can provide this information in an easy location for customers.

Perfect!!
2B Pro Pack gekocht als vervanging voor mijn defecte ET-312.
De 2B is even wennen, maar komt grotendeels overeen met de erostek.
De plaatsing van de aansluitingen en de knoppen op de 2B vindt ik persoonlijk minder geslaagd. Vooral als je de 2B in de hand wilt houden en bedienen.
Tot op heden (pas 3 dagen) zeer tevreden.

Fantastic products.
But there is always a delay in the Customs because of lack of documentation.
I email them the invoice everytime??

There is no requirement for us to send an invoice with the parcel, it is only a recommendation and we have chosen not to provide invoices as it can cause issues with embarrassment with customers as it will contain full details of the order and for many privacy is paramount. It is a balancing act, and we are sorry if it has caused delays in receiving parcels. We are always happy to provide documentation for customs and do when required, but thank you for your feedback.
When comparing like for like we believe our products to be very well priced, given that we offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all Power Units and Premium Electrodes, and that all our Premium Electrodes are made from Aluminium rather than silicone we believe that they are priced accordingly.
