The products arrived quickly and discreetly, the products themselves are absolutely great and very high quality!
Customer service is second to none. I had a slight issue with my order but it was sorted out in no time with no hassle at all! Big thank you to Mick for that!

It took some time for the parcel to arrive in Germany, but all good.
Unfortunately there are delays sometimes with deliveries but we are actively looking at other delivery options but these are likely to be at a cost.

Ordered my series1 ultra pack.It arrived the following day.Had a play with the settings over the next few days.Had my first hfo after my third try on it with the pulse setting and sticky pad electrodes.The flange electrode is a whole new experience and feels great.Only crititism is the lack of an extra 2mm output cable.Recommended intro into estim.

Unable to give a review. Ordered on 12 Sept. arrived in Paris on 16 Sept. and still hasn't been delivered
Unfortunately it was delayed in the French Postal system, which is not something we have control over, but the item has now been delivered.
