Excellent service and delivery. Superb pre-order advice and information by e-mail. Waited for Black Friday Special deal which was excellent otherwise price is quite high. Previously a Series 1 user and the E-2B is in a different league. Very pleased with service and the unit. Power level much higher. Highly recommended

Product in perfect working order.
Only cons : the 2B pro pack case is bloated, not enough space made for it's content.
Service unneeded yet.
Website is working well, very readable, but not a big fan on the design.
Shipping super fast, but package damaged on a corner. Not filled well enough to sustain delivery boy playing rugby
