Hi. Thanks for the service. About the shipping rating: this is not your fault, and neither royal mail. The german delivery partner took ages to deliver, once the item was in germany. Sorry for that.
I really like your products but the website needs a little tuning i think. Maybe offer comparative information about insertables, for example.

I’ve ordered the 2B and just tested it yesterday evening... wouah, great! I think I will play for hours with that toy.
