Item were not packaged well. The speculum I ordered was poking through the outside of the box. The packaging was not exactly discreet as discribed on the website. "E-Stim Systems" displayed boldly on the shipping label.
Website, especially mobile version is not very easy to use.
That all said, love the product and will definitely be adding to it

Web design could be cleaner and easier to navigate and would be nice to have a plug designed for UK only not an adapter. Otherwise excellent all round with amazingly professional customer services
