I’m IT savvy and not daft yet it still seemed a bit of a faff to get set up. Lots of “versions” and misdirection around old bios versions plus a number of links on the site didn’t work.
Not quite plug-and-play!

I love the products, they are robust and well designed. The power and reliability are worth the investment. I sent in a question via email and got a friendly helpful response fairly rapidly. The website and the product guides are not as clear or easy to use as they could be, but they have a wonderful simplistic, honest feel to them.
