We have the ability to provide our business customers with the same level of excellent service we offer all of our customers, but with the added advantage of wholesale prices. Remember we are the manufacturer for all of our control boxes, and over 95% of our electrodes and accessories, so you can be assured that you are dealing directly with the source of quality and versatile E-Stim equipment.

Prices and Amounts
Our wholesale prices are based on a principle of ensuring that we are only offering wholesale prices to genuine business customers. Therefore we don't have minimum orders or minimum quantities. We are also able to offer Drop Shipping options, to help build your business and reduce cash flow issues.

Orders
Orders are placed via phone, email or via our password protected wholesale website. The website gives you the ability to place your order at any time, day or night and track your order right up to the point of delivery.

Delivery
We currently use Interlink Express/DPD and Royal Mail for deliveries ensuring a fast and reliable delivery service, but are able to use other services or arrange for collections if required. Delivery is charged at cost, based on weight. Dispatch times are dependent on the size of an order and the current stock levels. We generally find that most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.

Payment
Initial payment is either via cleared funds (Cash/Cheque/Bankers Draft), pro forma invoice or online credit card payment. Once you have established a good trading history with us we can then discuss moving over to a 30 day invoiced account. Payments are available via direct bank transfer, or online in GBP £ (Pound Sterling), EUR € (Euros), or USD $ (US dollars).

Service
You can be sure that you will receive the same excellent service that we offer our retail customers. If you have a problem or query with anything we produce then please drop us a line. If you or a customer finds a fault with any of our products then we will arrange a prompt replacement or a refund, without quibble, either directly with the customer or through you. Our reputation (and yours!!) rests apon the service and products we offer.

We can supply high resolution images and text of all our products for your use either online or on CD.

E-Stim Systems Ltd was created in early 2004 to develop an alternative to some of the overpriced and under specified Electro Stimulation units available on the market. A team of experienced E-Stim users, together with experienced and professional engineers work together to produce a range of E-Stim products designed with value, versatility and above all safety in mind. The results speak for themselves. From the unsure beginner to the professional Domme, our equipment is designed to offer something for everyone.
