E-Stim Control direct from your PC, Mac or any device with a web browser.
With Commander2 you can now control all the aspects of your 2B that you can adjust from its normal controls and menus, but from the comfort of your own computer, someone else's computer or even a web enabled phone.
Mac and PC
Allowing selected others to connect to Commander2 across the internet gives them direct control over your 2B while you play. It even works from Mac to PC and PC to Mac- No longer are Mac users regulated to second place.
Direct Web Access
The Web Access mode allows direct web connection to your 2B via the Commander software, simply run Commander, enable Web Server in The Remote connections menu, and then point a web browser to http://<your ip>:<port number>
At the moment Commander2™ is considered to be a BETA release, so any bugs or issues should be reported on our support forum. BETA means there may be problems, faults or it may just not work. You may explode in a cloud of smoke, but we do consider that to be unlikely. If you do, then you do agree it's not our fault, and you have been warned. Commander2 is in active development so there may be nightly, daily, even hourly changes and updates, so keep an eye on the website and our twitter feed for the latest news and release details.
Commander is free to anyone who has a digital link interface and a 2B running at least firmware version 2.09.
The PC software is designed to operate on a standard windows PC, running Windows XP and above, although it has not yet been tested on Windows 8.
Commander2™ for PC
The Mac software has been developed on an Intel iMac running OSX.
Commander2™ for Mac
The webskin is an additional file that needs to reside in the same directory as the executable, for the web interface to work, but it does allow you to design your interface to suit your phone. Currently supplied separately with the Mac Version..
2 Sets of instructions, one on How to connect Commander to your 2B, and one on how to connect and control your 2B via the internet . We are working on a user manual, but hardly anyone ever reads then so it might take a bit longer.
If you have problems, comments or ideas then please send me a an email, with a copy of the activity file, and details of how to reproduce the issue. Remember the link protocol is open source, so if you think you can do better then please have a go.
